Welcome to RedFootRanch.com. I have been working with reptiles all my life. I was catching them and taking them home when I was a boy in New York on vacation to Florida. For the last 8-9 years, I have been breeding tortoises, snakes, and lizards.
My goal is to educate people about reptiles and to showcase my hatchlings for sale.
My backyard is a haven for tortoises, with tortoise friendly plants and heated shelters. I have sulcatas, red foots, leopards, and greeks. This goes along with numerous snakes and lizards.
I have been fortunate enough to volunteer for two organizations. One is Turtle Survival Alliance (TSA). TSA cares for illegally imported animals confiscated and is an advocate for turtles and tortoises all over the world. I also help mark sea turtle nests in New Smyrna during nesting season. Both are very gratifying.
Currently I'm serving as Vice-President of the Turtle and Tortoise Club of Florida and am a member of Suncoast Herpetological Society.
